This is a little belated, but I have been thinking about you saying you wished there were mor movies like Barb and Star go to Vista Del Mar. I think there are a lot of movies like that! I mean absurd, somewhat smart comedy plus some other genre elements. Such as: Weird: the Al Yankovic story, Fall Guy, The Spy Who Dumped Me, & Spy. I’m sure there are more. Veep is so good. Occasionally I'll just pick an episode at random and rewatch it. Easily the best insults ever written for television.
